Learning privacy
Effective: 1 October 2026. The operator named below controls learning account data. Hosting is on a server in the United States; the operator is based in China, where authorised support may access data. Cross-border processing applies when you use this service from other regions.
Accounts store email, display name, password hashes, recovery-code hashes and sessions. We store lesson progress, journal entries, saved Tutor questions, case choices, scores, dates and specific product interests you choose to record. No birth information or personal prediction request is needed.
Anonymous case choices are sent to our server to return authored feedback, but are not saved in the learning database. Anonymous progress is stored in this browser. Paper reflections are not collected. Server and security logs may include IP address, requested path and time.
We use data to operate accounts, save learning records, provide requested feedback and support, record requested product interest, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with hosting providers as necessary and may be disclosed when legally required.
Language preferences and anonymous case progress use browser storage; sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Anonymous Tutor limits use a hash of IP and browser information. The Tutor retrieves local material; journals are not sent to an external AI provider. This release has no advertising trackers or automatic marketing emails. Calendar reminders are optional downloads.
Learning checkout is closed. We do not collect card details or process learning payments.
You can export your own journal and case records free, and edit or delete individual journal entries. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of product interest, email oriental_destiny@126.com. We may verify account ownership and retain records where law requires.
Account records are retained while the account is maintained, unless removed through a verified request or a stated legal obligation. Database backups expire within 30 days; deletion may therefore take up to 30 days to leave backups. Clear browser storage to remove anonymous device records. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information in journals or questions.
