Refunds, delivery & cancellation
Current status: free learning; no checkout, paid order, deposit, pre-order or automatic renewal. Registering interest costs nothing and can be withdrawn by contacting support. Nothing is delivered by a promised paid-report email.
Free lessons and cases are available in a modern browser with internet access. An account is optional for the first case, and needed for saving progress across devices. Browser storage may be cleared; export your records if you want a portable copy.
The following is a proposed policy for a future completed digital collection, not a current sales contract: offer a full refund on request within 14 calendar days after purchase, including after access or download. No reason would be required within that period. This extra policy would not replace statutory rights.
When the collection is available, its page will show the included files, access period and delivery time before purchase.
Future refund requests should use the support email with the order reference. Never send full card details. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and materially misdescribed products must be investigated; mandatory legal remedies continue after a voluntary refund window.
A future approved refund would return to the original payment method. Processing time and any applicable lawful access termination must be disclosed in the final sale terms. The applicable processing time will be stated in the purchase terms.
